You will be aligned with our Human Resources vertical. You will help us in the function that deals with people and people-related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development, and culture.
Resbonsibilities
- A minimum of 8 years of proven working experience in the field of Human Resource management.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Should be able to deal with grievances and violations and invoke disciplinary action when required.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work confidently across levels and cultures
- Planning and project management, including designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic HR, recruitment, or L&D strategies, solutions, and interventions.
- Tech-savvy experience with HR systems, recruitment networks and databases, digital channels, and employer brand marketing
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Analytical skills, coupled with the ability to think laterally and strategically.
- Strong innovation and creativity to design, develop, implement, and evaluate solutions to unique business situations.
