Senior .Net Developer

Role Overview

Staff Spectrum requires veteran Senior .Net Developers with over a decade of hands-on software development excellence. You will build and scale high-concurrency enterprise applications, modernize legacy systems into microservices, and collaborate with global distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# / .NET / .NET Core code.
• Architect resilient microservices and RESTful Web APIs on Microsoft Azure.
• Optimize application performance, throughput, database query efficiency, and scalability.
• Drive test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior developers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 12+ years of solid experience in software development using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Strong command of SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and NoSQL databases.
• Proven track record building microservices and cloud-native solutions on Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with design patterns, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-volume enterprise environments.
